Duravant Acquires Votech, European-based Bagging Automation Equipment Provider
Engineered equipment leader Duravant expands bag management and palletizing offerings with Packaging segment acquisition

(“Votech”), a leading manufacturer of bag filling machines, palletizer machines, stretch hood machines and pallet transport systems headquartered in Reusel, The Netherlands. Votech will join forces with Fischbein International, a Duravant Operating Company, to serve their global customer base.

We hebben deze stretchhooder ontworpen voor onze klant omdat hij diverse verpakkingslijnen heeft waar ook verschillende type pallets op verwerkt worden.
U kunt zichzelf voorstellen dat een kleine Düsseldorf pallet een smallere folie nodig heeft dan een grote blok pallet.
Onze stretchhooder is daarom zo ontworpen dat hij de pallet scant op hoogte en afmeting voordat de pallet in de stretchhooder loopt.
Daarna weet hij automatisch welke foliemaat hij moet kiezen om de pallet te voorzien van de juiste hoes.
Ook is het mogelijk om twee Düsseldorf pallets apart te voorzien van een hoes, deze kunnen hierna automatisch terug in de stretchhooder gevoerd worden en samen voorzien worden van één hoes.
Afgelopen week zijn we gestart met het plaatsen van een compleet turn-key project in de potgrond industrie.
We verzorgen bij dit project:
– De product aanvoer naar de verpakkingsmachines
– De verpakkingsmachines voor de potgrond
– Het palletiseren van de gevulde zakken
– Het hoezen van de gestapelde pallets en balen d.m.v. stretchhooder
– De automatische aan- en afvoer van pallets
Onze klant kampte met het probleem dat zijn ruimte beperkt was en zijn klanten zowel producten in buisfolie zakken als in losse openmond zakken wilde laten verpakken.
We zijn met onze klant om tafel gaan zitten en hebben gekeken wat de mogelijkheden waren voor dit probleem.
Hierop hebben we een multifunctionele zakkenvulmachine ontworpen die beide type zakken kan verwerken op één machine.
we hebben deze twee zakkenvulmachines uitgevoerd met servo gestuurde verticale doseerschroeven hierdoor kan er zeer nauwkeurig worden gedoseerd en is de stofvorming rondom het afvulpunt nihil.
De lege zak wordt door middel van een zakkenklem om de verticale doseerschroef heen getrokken.
Hierna start de verticale doseerschroef met het afvullen van de zak en zal deze na mate het niveau in de zak steeds naar beneden bewegen.
Hierdoor ontstaat er geen valkracht van het poeder en is de stofvorming nihil.
Tevens zijn de verticale schroeven makkelijk te reinigen.
Volledig automatisch pallet afvoer en sorteer systeem geplaatst. Hierdoor is onze klant klaar voor de toekomst om op hoge productiecapaciteiten efficiënt te kunnen bufferen.
We zien steeds vaker dat bedrijven ervoor kiezen om een stretchhooder aan te schaffen i.p.v. een wikkelaar of een krimphoesmachine. Krimphoesmachines zijn in het energiegebruik erg duur omdat de hoezen krimpen d.m.v. warmte. En een gewikkelde pallet is nooit helemaal waterdicht.
De hoes van Votech stretchhooder daarentegen, bestaat uit één geheel en is daardoor 100% water-/stofdicht. En wordt uitgevoerd met energiebesparende motoren.
De Votech stretchhooder kan meer dan 100 pallets per uur verwerken en bespaart zo’n 20% folie omdat de folie verticaal over de pallet gestretcht wordt.
Daarnaast kan de Votech stretchhooder uitgevoerd worden met meerdere folierollen waardoor de machine geschikt is om meerdere palletmaten te verwerken. (Euro, Blok, Düsseldorf, CP etc.)
Votech specialiseert zich in het ontwikkelen en produceren van vulmachines, palletiseermachines en stretchhooders.
Onze kracht hierin is dat we alles onder één dak hebben, we kunnen de machines ontwerpen naar uw wensen zoals de afmeting van uw gebouw, capaciteit enz.
Tevens krijgt ieder project zijn eigen projectmanager, daar kunt u terecht met al uw vraagstukken tijdens de voorbereiding, installatie en na oplevering van het project.
Kortom wij hebben alles in huis om uw project uit te voeren.
Deze week zijn we met de werkzaamheden voor de uitbreiding van ons kantoor gestart.
Door de aanhoudende groei van afgelopen jaar merkten we dat het huidige kantoor te klein werd, daarom hebben we besloten om het kantoor met 200m2 uit te breiden.
